• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping applies to orders over £50 (after discounts).
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon courier collection.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
