1. Shipping Methods & Couriers
- We use Evri and DPD for UK and international deliveries.
- Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Times
- UK Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- UK Express/tracked (if selected): 1–2 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
- UK Orders under £50: £3.99 standard shipping
- UK Orders £50 and over: Free shipping (after discounts)
- Europe: £15 flat rate
- USA: £20 flat rate
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the courier collects the parcel
