Refund & Return Policy – Be-Gee

At Be-Gee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Returns

• You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Discounted or promotional items may have specific return restrictions – please check the product description.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@Be-gee.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@Be-gee.com.
• Once an order has been dispatched via Evri or DPD, it cannot be cancelled — it must be returned following the Returns process.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
• We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Use a tracked service if possible — Be-Gee is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.
